The Story
Papa Charlies Heating And Cooling was established in 2008. My name is Frank Chavez and my wife Petra and I were born and raised in Flagstaff. We are well known in the community as we used to own and run el Charro Café. We have two wonderful children Adam and Angel. Adam has learned to be our right hand man on the field, and Angel helps with our filing and paperwork. We have built our business by taking care of our customers with integrity and pride.
